Week 3

Well, Classmates, we’ve made it this far. I thought I was busy before, but between classes, workouts, and the events of Sarah Wilson week, I’m exhausted. From spooky hayrides and a graveyard in the middle of the night, to singing to appease the seniors and their cursed water guns, this has been a crazy week. I must admit that some of the traditions here are pretty weird, but they’ve all been pretty fun–water guns excluded.

Tuesday night I met my Big, Cierra, and received my dink. On Wednesday, our herd of Littles (five of us) packed into the back of a hay wagon with Cierra and a good portion of our classmates to visit Sarah Wilson’s grave. I was on edge because I kept hearing the campus ghost stories and there was a full moon, but looking back, visiting the grave was an experience entirely unique to Wilson College.

I’ve enjoyed every minute of the past three weeks, and I’m excited to see what the rest of this year has to offer!
